Alzheimer’s and dementia care includes:

Licensed and certified therapists will work with patients and caregivers in developing a customized care plan to assist the patient in achieving optimal results.

The main responsibility of a HHA is to provide personal care. HHAs can help elderly adults with daily tasks such as bathing, getting dressed, preparing meals, eating, and hygiene needs.

A certified nursing assistant (CNA) provides varying levels of care and support to physically and/or mentally disabled individuals who are unable to care for themselves. CNAs care for patients of all ages in hospitals, inpatient mental health facilities, and clinics.

A RN is a clinician with a nursing degree who has passed a licensing exam.

An LNA provides basic nursing care which includes assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility and toileting. They also take vital signs, obtain specimens, observe and report information, as well as many other tasks.

We provide non-emergency transportation for our clients to and from medical or other appointments, as well as light errands or visits to family and friends.
